1. Service Description
VitalCare Express provides medical courier and prescription delivery services within Jefferson County, Alabama. We are a delivery service only and do not dispense medications, provide medical advice, or act as a pharmacy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to receive the prescribed medications at the specified delivery address.
3. Delivery Terms
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on distance, traffic, weather, and pharmacy readiness.
- Someone must be present to receive controlled substances and medications requiring signature.
- Photo identification may be required upon delivery for certain medications.
- Delivery is available within our service area in Jefferson County, Alabama.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before a courier is dispatched. Once a courier has been assigned and is en route, a cancellation fee may apply. Completed deliveries are non-refundable.
5. Liability
VitalCare Express maintains proper insurance coverage for the transport of medical items. We are not liable for delays caused by pharmacy preparation time, incorrect prescription information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.
6. Prohibited Items
We only deliver legal, properly prescribed medications and medical supplies. We do not transport illegal substances, expired medications, or items not originating from a licensed pharmacy.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
